Satan's Two-Man Tree Saw

Prophetic Vision: In December of 2025, I had a vision of a two-man tree saw. It was hovering over believers. Having received the vision in December indicates that it applies to 2026. I understood that it represented a threat, but I did not know exactly what kind of saw I was seeing. I roughly sketched it onto a piece of paper and asked my husband what kind of saw it was. He said that’s a two-man tree saw, also known as a crosscut saw.
Understanding came after I prayed and sought God. In the Bible, trees are often symbolic of men. Satan wants to cut us down primarily because we are created in the image of God (Genesis 1:27). Because of the blood of Jesus covering us, Satan is limited in his effectiveness against us. To be effective, he needs another man on the other side of the saw. He constantly nags us with negative thoughts about ourselves. Thoughts like: I’m not good enough; I’m a failure; No one really cares; I’m alone; etc. If we entertain those negative thoughts and especially if we say them out loud, we become the other man using the two-man tree saw to destroy ourselves. Do not agree with him. Knowing that he is a liar makes it apparent what the truth is. Say and think the opposite of the thoughts he is feeding you, and find a scripture to back up the truth.
Examples: If you’re hearing or feeling like ...
“I’m not good enough,” say, “Jesus makes us for what I lack.”
“I’m a failure,” say, “The Lord blesses the work of my hands.”
“No one really cares about me,” say, “Jesus cares.”
I’m sure you get the picture, but let me admonish you further. When you make your positive statement, always give the credit and glory to Jesus. If you don’t, Satan will take you to the other extreme, pride. We have a good example of this in Daniel 4. Nebuchadnezzar, the king spake, and said, “Is not this great Babylon, that I have built for the house of the kingdom by the might of my power, and for the honor of my majesty?” (Daniel 4:30). Neb had a dream about a great tree that was chopped down, leaving only a stump. His pride became a two-man tree saw.
Final thoughts: a two-man tree saw hovering over each of us. Satan wants us to partner with him in destroying our own lives. Do not put your hand to the saw by agreeing with him! Make sure the words that come out of your mouth are based on what Jesus says about you and that they give Him the credit.
